Year: 2025-Present
Role: Branding. Design. Marketing.
At Westminster Presbyterian Church, I manage the complete video production process, from planning and filming to editing and final delivery. Whether creating sermon introductions, interviews, promotional videos, event recaps, or social media content, I focus on telling authentic stories that help people connect with the church’s mission and community.
Mister Landon’s Neighborhood
For Mister Rogers Day, I wanted to create something that felt both familiar and meaningful. Knowing that Fred Rogers was an ordained Presbyterian minister, I developed the concept of having Lead Pastor Landon Whitsitt recreate the beloved opening sequence from Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood, complete with the theme song and signature moments. I filmed and edited the piece using vintage-inspired color grading, typography, pacing, and subtle visual effects to evoke the warmth and nostalgia of the original while connecting its message of kindness and neighborly love to Westminster’s own mission.
What You’ll Hear
As part of Westminster Presbyterian Church’s outreach efforts, I developed a series of videos designed specifically for people considering visiting for the first time. Rather than focusing on programs or announcements, the goal was to remove uncertainty by giving viewers an honest look at what they could expect. This episode, What You’ll Hear at WPC, features Lead Pastor Landon Whitsitt explaining the church’s approach to worship, helping potential visitors feel informed, welcomed, and comfortable before they arrive.
Chili Cook-off Promo
For Westminster’s Chili Cook-Off, I wanted to create a promotion that people would actually stop and watch. Inspired by one of television’s most memorable cold opens, I had Lead Pastor Landon Whitsitt recreate Kevin Malone’s famous chili spill from The Office. The parody combined recognizable comedy with the church’s personality, turning a simple event announcement into a shareable piece of content that entertained viewers while building anticipation for the event.
